The Website Design and Develop Process a e-commerce website: Lisapack.com

What's the request for Lisapack Website?

The owner of Lisapack.com, a brand specializing in packaging and cosmetic accessories, reached out to us after being recommended by a previous client. He mentioned that he was having issues with his Shopify website—it didn’t look the way he wanted, it lacked key features, and most importantly, it didn’t feel like something he fully owned.

As a first step, we offered a free site audit. After reviewing Lisapack.com, we found several issues that were holding the site back: slow load speed, design inconsistencies, limited SEO structure, and missing features that are critical for a smooth e-commerce experience. After we walked him through our findings, he asked us to help fix and rebuild the website properly.

He also made it clear that he wanted the same level of customization and functionality we had delivered on his friend’s website. In addition, he shared a few websites he personally liked—clean, modern, and product-focused—which gave us clear design inspiration to work with.

Most importantly, he wanted to leave Shopify completely. He was frustrated by the monthly fees, platform limitations, and lack of ownership. Instead, he chose to move to WooCommerce, which would give him full control over his site, flexibility to grow, and complete ownership of both the code and content.

With all that in mind, we got to work building a custom WooCommerce website from the ground up—fast, clean, functional, and designed exactly how he envisioned it.

How do we design and develop Lisapack?

After a thorough analysis of similar websites in the packaging and beauty accessories space, we developed a clear strategy for Lisapack’s website structure and SEO plan. This included organizing content to support better search engine indexing, improving navigation for users, and identifying relevant keywords based on competitor research.

We then sent the owner our initial design draft, but he wasn’t fully satisfied with the direction. Instead of pushing forward, we took a step back and asked: What does he really envision for his brand online? To help bring his ideas to life more easily, we created a customizable version of the new website, preloaded with all of his content. This allowed him to explore the layout, make edits, and give direct visual feedback.

Once we received his version of the design—with changes that matched his personal vision—we moved forward and developed the final website based entirely on his preferences.

We believe that giving our clients the freedom to co-create with us is incredibly important. It’s not about what we want—it’s about what they want. Especially in cases like this, where the brand owner knows their audience well and brings years of hands-on experience to the table, our job is to help bring that vision to life with clarity, functionality, and style.

How did we complete Lisapack website?

The Lisapack website relaunch was completed beautifully. All newly developed pages were indexed by search engines within a week, thanks to the SEO-friendly structure we implemented from the start. Even better, the migration from Shopify to WooCommerce was handled smoothly—without disrupting Lisapack’s existing users or customer experience.

The result was a seamless transition to a platform that offers greater flexibility, ownership, and long-term growth potential—exactly what the Lisapack team was looking for.

How to maintain the website?

Lisapack is fully managed and operated by its owner, so we provided him with free website management training and tech support to ensure he felt confident navigating and updating the new WooCommerce site.

At this stage, the owner preferred to have customers purchase products through Amazon, as he didn’t have the time to manage order fulfillment directly through WooCommerce. To support this, we integrated Amazon into the website, allowing users to seamlessly purchase products with a single click, redirecting them straight to the corresponding Amazon listings. This solution keeps the buying process simple while still letting the website serve as a branded, professional product showcase.
